Anyone know the proc rates for the different masteries? After a lot of saronite to titanium transmutes I'm thinking it is about 20% for transmutes. Whe I had an Elixer Master the proc rate seemed very low. I could burn through 40 frost lotus with only a few exra flasks. I've never hada Potion Master.

What I am really looking for is some kind of confirmation for the transmute proc %.
