Are you a goblin engi or a gnome engi?

If the former, you can pick up the recipe for Shatter Rounds. If the latter, you can get the recipe for Iceblade Arrows.

I was one of the first people on my server to get the Shatter Rounds recipe, and I was pretty excited about all the money I was sure I'd be able to make. After all, hunters everywhere need ammo in large quantities, this is the best ammo, and no one else on the server could provide it, right? And the mats are so cheap.

I was sad to discover that interest in this ammo wasn't exactly stellar right off the bat. Some people say that it's because most hunters (at the time that 3.3 came out) were using (cross)bows, and not guns. Who knows. I was able to sell a few stacks at around 15-20g a pop, but that was about it for almost two weeks.

Nowadays, I'm pretty happy to report that I'm making at least 100g a day selling stacks of Shatter Rounds at just under 10g a pop. It's still not quite as much as I was hoping, but it's pretty reliable, there still isn't much competition, and all it costs me is a few eternal earths and the 23 frost badges I had to use to get the recipe.
